How it Works
In the Neighborhood (ITN) magazine is a bi-monthly publication that affords a frequency discount for longer commitments.You can choose to create an 8-page or a 16-page magazine, with half of each magazine’s pages completely customizable.
Your customized pages could do the following:
- · advertise your listings
- · show what has sold in your neighborhood within the last 45-60 days
- · advertise your unique business products and services
- · provide a community calendar to ensure a longer retention and interest in the community
- · use space to sell advertising to affiliate businesses to offset your costs
- · write a Broker Corner column to further reiterate yourself as your neighborhood real estate expert
You pick the size of your magazine and the frequency you would like to print. We provide you with content and design. Mailing and shipping services are available upon request.
8 Page ITN—Minimum 2500 copies per printing
Four pages are customizable. Pages 1, 4, 5 and 8 can be customized. Page one photo is preset for every edition, but text can be altered to fit your marketing needs. The remaining four pages will include articles of real estate interest.
16 Page ITN—Minimum 5000 copies per printing
Eight pages are customizable. Pages 1, 4, 5, 8, 9, 12, 13 and 16 can be customized. Page one photo is preset for every edition, but text can be altered to fit your marketing needs. The remaining eight pages will include articles of real estate interest. See a sample issue here.
Once your contract is completed and signed, you will receive instructions on how to build your first edition—IT’S VERY EASY!
You will be given an online folder to upload your customizable material to our website and once the design is completed, you will be given an electronic proof prior to publishing - no materials are sent to the printer until YOU approve it. To further set your mind at ease, a production professional is only an e-mail or phone call away to help.
